Questions people ask first
- Do I need a card to start?
- No. The Free plan needs no card and does not expire. A paid trial does not take payment up front either — you are invoiced only if you continue after it ends.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- No automatic payment is taken and your data is retained. Paid features remain available through the trial and any grace period shown in Billing & plan. After that, paid access requires a confirmed subscription payment.
- Can I change plan later?
- Yes. Moving up takes effect immediately. An existing subscription keeps the price it started on — a later price change only applies to new subscribers.
- Are these prices inclusive of tax?
- Prices are shown excluding any tax that may apply. Any applicable tax is shown on your invoice.
- Does WhatsApp cost extra?
- WhatsApp is included in eligible Gatherdesk plans. It connects through your own Meta Business account, and any Meta messaging charges apply separately under Meta's current pricing.
