01Contact availability
A verified public complaints and privacy contact has not yet been configured. This page is a draft process, not a complaint submission form, and does not send a message. Existing workspace users can contact their workspace administrator through their usual communication channel.
A dedicated operator contact and an accountable review process must be published before launch. The demo and trial form is for product enquiries and should not be used to submit sensitive complaint evidence.
02Choose the right recipient
The right team depends on what your concern is about.
- A booking, invoice, treatment, delivery or other service provided by a business using Gatherdesk: contact that business directly. It manages the underlying service and customer relationship.
- Your workspace access, role or a business record: start with your workspace administrator, who can check permissions and the relevant record.
- Gatherdesk platform behaviour, its own handling of personal information, or a security issue: contact the platform operator through its verified contact once published, or your existing onboarding contact if you have one.
03What to include
Send enough detail to locate and understand the issue while keeping unrelated information private.
- Your preferred reply contact and the business or workspace concerned.
- A clear description, the approximate date and time, and a relevant request or document reference if available.
- What you expected to happen, what happened instead and the outcome you are asking for.
- Relevant screenshots with other people’s details hidden. Never include passwords, session tokens, API keys or full payment card information.
04Proposed review process
The intended process is to acknowledge a concern through the chosen reply channel, establish the relevant account or record, investigate with the responsible team and explain the outcome and any corrective action. A reviewer may ask for limited additional information to verify identity or understand the issue.
If you disagree with the outcome, request a review and explain what remains unresolved. The responsible complaint owner, acknowledgement targets and escalation arrangements still need to be confirmed. This draft makes no response-time promise and does not change any statutory deadline.
05Privacy and security concerns
For personal information recorded by a business, contact that business first. Gatherdesk’s operator, MKweb communication company, is based in Morocco. The CNDP receives concerns about infringements of Morocco’s Law 09-08. You may also have a right to complain to another relevant data protection authority or use other remedies where international or local law applies to your circumstances.
If you suspect an account compromise, stop sharing information through that account and notify your administrator through a known channel. When reporting a possible vulnerability, provide a minimal description and avoid accessing other users’ data, disrupting service or posting secrets publicly. No bug bounty or permission to test other accounts is implied.
