01Status of these terms
Gatherdesk is operated by MKweb communication company, based in Morocco and serving international customers. These are proposed terms for review, not a final subscription agreement. Registered company details, the agreed governing law, commercial conditions and effective date still need confirmation. Browsing this draft or sending a demo request does not accept a paid contract or these draft terms.
02What Gatherdesk provides
Gatherdesk provides business workspaces for managing enquiries, customers, work and related administration. Available labels and services depend on the business type, enabled modules, plan and user permissions. A workspace’s business type is chosen at creation and cannot currently be changed.
The software supports business administration. The business remains responsible for its services, customer commitments and professional decisions. Industry-specific terminology does not establish suitability for regulated health, financial or other sensitive uses.
03Accounts and responsibilities
The proposed service is for authorised business users. A workspace administrator manages team membership, roles and connected services.
- Use your own account, protect its credentials and keep your account details accurate.
- Only enter, upload or send information you are entitled to use, and provide appropriate notices to your customers.
- Review access when staff join, change responsibilities or leave. Grant only the permissions needed for their work.
- Keep business records and customer communications accurate. Review drafts and financial documents before relying on or sending them.
04Demos, trials and paid plans
The public form submits a request for follow-up. It does not reserve a calendar slot, create a workspace immediately, collect payment or start an automatic renewal. Trial availability and any duration must be confirmed separately.
For an existing workspace, its billing screen displays the assigned plan, limits and subscription state. Any payment must use confirmed instructions. Card payments are not currently enabled. Final pricing, taxes, billing periods, cancellations and refund conditions must be provided and agreed before paid service begins; this draft does not invent those conditions.
05Your content and connected services
The proposed terms do not transfer ownership of your business content to Gatherdesk. Operating the service requires processing that content to provide the features you request. A final service agreement and, where appropriate, a data processing agreement must set out that processing and the parties’ responsibilities.
Email services, AI providers and other integrations operate under their own terms. The business is responsible for choosing appropriate accounts, permissions and settings. Enabling AI may send relevant content to the selected provider. AI output can be inaccurate and needs human review; it should not be relied on as professional advice or a confirmed price or booking.
06Availability, restrictions and ending access
The current product does not publish an uptime guarantee or a support response-time commitment. Maintenance, faults, connected providers or account restrictions may affect availability. Any paid service-level commitment must be stated in the final agreement.
Abuse, compromised credentials or unauthorised access may require access restrictions to protect the service. The final agreement must establish proportionate suspension, notification, dispute, export and account-closure procedures, together with lawful retention requirements.
07What remains to be agreed
The operator’s registered details and address, agreed applicable law and courts, liability and warranty provisions, cancellation and refund terms, support commitments and formal notice channels remain open. These need review for the Moroccan operator and the international markets served. This draft does not exclude any rights that applicable law protects.
