A few things to know
Can I download the mobile app today?
The native app is in development and signed releases are being prepared. This page will link to verified downloads when they are ready.
Will I need a separate account?
The app is built to use your existing Gatherdesk staff email and password, with the same business workspace and role permissions.
Will mobile and web share my conversations?
Yes. The app connects to the existing Gatherdesk backend so your conversations, assignments, templates and channel settings belong to the same workspace.
Can agents, managers and administrators use it?
The mobile app is designed for all three staff roles. Each person sees the channels and actions their workspace permissions allow.
